Keen’s Santiago Shoes
Shoemakers at
Keen were inspired by a trip the Dominican Republic, which spawned a line of boldly colored kicks for Spring/Summer 2011. The aptly named Santiago collection is made from natural cotton canvas, locally produced rubber, and done with an adhesive-free, hand-cranked construction. From slip-ons to classic lace-ups, they aim to raise $1 million in microloans for impoverished communities around the world, starting at home with the Gulf region.
